Refunds

We offer full refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the original product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of wear or damage, or if it is not returned in its original packaging.

Replacements

We offer replacements for items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the original product is undamaged and in its original packaging. This applies to situations where you wish to receive a different size, color, or variant of the same product, or if the product you received is defective.

  • To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team using the information above. We will process your request and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • You may be responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the original product.
  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement product.
  • If the replacement product is more expensive than the original product, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the replacement product is less expensive than the original product, we will issue you a refund for the difference.
